Aloha! I am a BYUH graduate in Business & Entrepreneurship and have been living in Laie for the past 5 years, now with my husband. I have been dancing since I was 3 years old. I was trained & competed dance in all styles, specifically ballet, contemporary, & hip-hop. I started teaching at age 15 and have had opportunities to choreograph competitively. Dance and teaching are my passions and it's been a dream of mine to share my passion with others by owning my own studio. I am so grateful & excited about North Shore Dance Academy and all the good that will come out of it.
Hi! My name is Brisa Davis, and I am currently working to get a degree in elementary education from BYUH. I grew up in Southern California, and have been dancing since I was 3 years old. I’ve loved it ever since. I’ve trained in most styles, with an emphasis in ballet. I competed for around 7 years and spent my summers at ballet intensives like Ballet West and Pacific Northwest Ballet. I love performing and I love teaching! I started assisting and teaching around 3 years ago and I love being able to share my passion with others!
My name is Makenna Mann. I’ve grown up dancing my whole life. My mom is a dancer and so I performed on stage when I was in the womb. My favorite kind of dance is tap but I have been trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, and even flamenco dancing. I have been in musical productions throughout my life and love the arts. My hobbies include yoga, in which I am a certified instructor, hiking and surfing! I love teaching dance an opportunity I had never dreamed of but I am so thankful to be a part of NSDA!
Hi, I’m Sara Armold! When I was 4 my mom took me to my first ballet class and I immediately feel in love with dancing. For the next 12 years I continued studying Ballet, Jazz, Tap. Shortly after I graduated high school my Love for Hip Hop , Locking, & Popping began. My study’s continued in between New York at Broadway Dance Center and a few different studios in Miami and South Carolina. I have been very blessed to be able to learn from some of the best and Original Dancers and creators of these styles. I recently moved to the North Shore with my husband and son. I’m a true believer in dance and how it teaches children to have confidence and discipline within themselves.

Hi my name is Natalie Prestwich and I am currently a Junior at BYUH double majoring in biology and exercise science. I started both dance and gymnastics when I was 2 years old and for the next 15 years competed at Denver School of Gymnastics on the Junior Olympic Team and Grace Studios School of Dance as part of the company. I was planning on continuing my gymnastics career in college until a broken arm left me unable to compete. I love that I have been able to continue my hobbies and passions through teaching others and I am so excited to work at NSDA!
